Refund and Return Policy for Lumina Sonic

Refunds:

At LuminaSonic, we are committed to providing our customers with top-quality LED wall lights. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order for assistance. Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@luminasonic.com and hold on to the damaged product and packaging. We will initiate a claim, which requires an online affidavit to be filled out by you, along with photographs of the damaged product and packaging both outside and inside. Please retain both the product and packaging until the claim is completed. Once completed, a replacement can be sent.

Shipping Errors: If you believe you have received the wrong item or your order is missing components, please follow the steps below for resolution:

For Missing Components: If it's proven that the product is missing components by providing an unboxing video, please contact our customer service team with the video evidence. We will promptly send the missing components to you after inspection.

For Wrong Items Received: If you receive the wrong item, please take clear photos of the items received along with a screenshot of your order confirmation. Email this evidence to our customer service team at info@luminasonic.com. Upon verification, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization.

Once we receive the incorrect item, it will undergo inspection to ensure it is in saleable condition and not damaged during transit. Upon successful inspection, we will promptly send the correct item to you.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after approval.

Returns:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@luminasonic.com. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions as needed. LuminaSonic accepts returns under the following conditions:

Wrong Items Received: If you receive the wrong item, please take clear photos of the items received along with a screenshot of your order confirmation. Email this evidence to our customer service team at info@luminasonic.com. Once we receive the incorrect item, it will undergo inspection to ensure it is in saleable condition and not damaged during transit. Upon successful inspection, we will promptly send the correct item to you.

Unopened and Unused Products: If you decide to return your Lumina Sonic product, it must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused. Returns of opened or used items will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for shipping labels for new products that are not defective (wrong color or damaged). (Let me know if you allow this @siddhraj. If not, I will remove this.)

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

The following conditions are not entitled to a refund, return, exchange, and/or replacement:

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind reasons. We encourage customers to carefully review product details and specifications before making a purchase to ensure it meets their needs.

Defects Caused by Misuse or Mishandling: Any defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Product in Perfect Condition: If the product bought is in perfect condition or has no defect, it is not eligible for a refund, return, exchange, or replacement. (If you allow returning unopened and unused products, I will delete this @siddhraj)

Policy Modification:

LuminaSonic reserves the right to modify or update this refund and return policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
